Industrial Wasteland Fortress

This piece was primarily an exercise in developing my skills in digital painting - something I had been engaging in only sporadically in the preceding years. I focused on lighting and atmosphere with clearly defined shapes, although this was somewhat at the expense of detail and refined brushwork.
